Participation and Paths to Leadership

For the past three years, CAN has been working to democratize the network and engage more of our peers and colleagues in the governance of CAN. Our work is growing, and the past few years of reflection and restructuring have supported this growth and enabled CAN to adapt to the changing needs of the Network.
