Equity Consulting Coordinator
The Central Appalachian Network seeks to deepen its engagement in justice, equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility (JEDIA) work to improve the lived experience of marginalized people (e.g. people of color; gender-expansive individuals; queer individuals; disabled individuals) and marginalized communities across Central Appalachia. This work will require analyzing the existing structure and policies of the Network, working directly with the coordination team to conduct Network assessment and communicate effectively with the Leadership Team, developing an Equity Plan or roadmap for CAN, and educating Network Leadership. The Central Appalachian Network highly encourages consultants who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, disabled, and/or who are otherwise marginalized to return a proposal.
